Reading 2.0

Well, I finally broke down and picked up an Amazon Kindle. Been wanting one for a while and the Oprah discount a while back pushed me over the edge. So far, I’m really happy with it. It’s great to have a bunch of books & content to read on a nice small device that I can carry with me. I’ve been reading a mixture of newspapers from the Kindle store, books I had and some book samples from Amazon. At some point, I’ll probably buy some books from Amazon as well. I’ll post more impressions after I’ve had more time with it.

Road Trips

Random road trips with friends can be fun. Driving to Minneapolis means I get to go to some of my favorite stores such as IKEA. Coming back from IKEA with new lights and the wrong size bulb, however, is not so much fun.
